Description
Hilton Prague 5* in the heart of Prague is hiring careful, responsible and energetic room attendants (Pokojská). Join a friendly team with stable income and comfortable working conditions. Czech language is not required — Russian-speaking supervisors are on shift. Base rate 375 CZK/hour; night shifts and public holidays paid at +20% (450 CZK/hour).
Responsibilities
- Thorough wet and dry cleaning of guest rooms to Hilton brand standards
- Changing bed linen, towels and restocking rooms with toiletries
- Checking in-room equipment and reporting issues to maintenance when needed
- Keeping service floors and housekeeping carts clean and organised
- Express room cleaning and upkeep during day shifts
- Cleaning public areas, lobbies and restaurants during night shifts
- Handling urgent guest requests during night hours
- Meeting quality and turnaround time standards
- Using equipment and cleaning products according to hotel procedures
Conditions
- Salary: 375 CZK/hour (base rate)
- Night shifts and holidays: 450 CZK/hour (+20% to base rate)
- Monthly pay with option for weekly advances
- Schedule: 5–6 days per week by agreement
- Morning shift: 07:00–15:30
- Day shift: 12:00–20:30
- Night shift: 22:00–06:30
- Official employment in the Czech Republic
- Medical examination: 3,750 CZK (deducted from salary)
- Official registration (minimum 3 months) — pracovní smlouva
- Full payment of taxes and social insurance
- Documents for residence permit application
Requirements
- Hard-working, physically fit and detail-oriented
- Hotel or cleaning experience welcome but not required — free training provided
- Neat appearance and discipline
- Willingness to work morning, day or night shifts
- Women and men aged 18+
- Czech language not required
